Paul started in this profession as a messenger in 1988, but he quickly rose through the ranks to become Driver Supervisor, Personnel Manager, Director of Operations and eventually General Manager for one of San Diego's largest attorney services. He has sat on the board of directors of the California Association of Legal Support Professionals (CALSPro), a California non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional support services to the legal community.

Paul performed his undergraduate work at the University of Dayton and Earlham College. He served with honor and distinction in the United States Marine Corps from 1973 to 1977. He has many years of leadership experience.

Paul moved to San Diego from Ohio in 1975. He’s been married for 40 years to his loving wife, Yolanda, and is a proud father of five and grandfather of 14.

Paul loves baseball memorabilia. Don't bid against him for a Jerry Coleman anything!

Bob was General Manager of one of the largest attorney services in San Diego for 10 years. He is one of the major forces responsible for the clock and drop system we currently use.

Bob is a San Diego native, married over 30 years to his high school sweetheart, Beth. He is the doting father of two college students.

Bob coaches for a high school travel team, "San Carlos Bandits,” and is a volunteer umpire for District 33. He loves to discuss business on the Golf course.

YOLANDA MURRAY - Office Manager

Yolanda was SDSOP's very first employee, working with us for over seven years before taking some time off. She returned in 2009.

She is experienced in all facets of the office at SDSOP, paying particular attention to Accounts Receivable and Payable.

Yolanda is a native of San Diego and has four beautiful children. The oldest is a senior in high school. Needless to say she has the patience and perseverance to handle whatever problem you may hand her.

CARLOS RAMOS

Carlos has done virtually everything that can be done in the legal support field. He’s been a court runner, process server, branch manager for a highly respected statewide attorney service, and now provides highly technical computer support.

He is self-trained in the area of computer technology. He now serves as a tech representative for one of the nation’s largest cable service providers.

Carlos is a native of Riverside and has been in San Diego since 1995. He has been married for 15 years and has a beautiful young daughter.

Away from work, Carlos enjoys time with his family and, like most techies, loves computer gaming.

MARK JENKINS - Marketing/Customer Service

MARK JENKINS
Marketing/Customer Service

Mark has worked as Process Manager for three of San Diego's largest attorney services. He was a founding co-owner of one of San Diego's most respected attorney services (AMS).

Currently a Case Administrator for the Southern District of California Federal Court, Mark works part time for us. You’ll see him managing our exhibit booths at various trade shows. Mark has a wealth of knowledge and we are fortunate to have his counsel.

He moved to San Diego from the midwest in 1969 and has a grown daughter and grandson.

When he’s not working, Mark enjoys music, reading and motor sports.
